Recording of the webinar "Tools for Intersectoral Coordination – How to Integrate Social Policies in Conditional Cash Transfer Programs" hosted by the socialprotection.org platform on 29 September, 2016. This was the second webinar of the series The Brazilian Experience of Social Protection Programmes, organized by the Brazil Learning Initiative for a World Without Poverty (WWP). The webinar presented the intersectoral coordination policies in social programmes in Brazil, with special attention to the Bolsa Família Programme and its conditionalities on health and education. It has also presented the experience of the Unidos Colombian Strategy for Overcoming Extreme Poverty, sharing Colombia's strategy on monitoring vulnerable people at the local level.
