g) advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests, or chain letters; or
h) download any file posted by another user that the user knows, or reasonably ought to know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

socialprotection.org reserves the absolute right to delete or modify any material posted to socialprotection.org without notice to the user.

 

Changes and conflicts

If there is any conflict between these terms and any rules and/or specific terms and conditions of use appearing on linked platforms or specific sections of socialprotection.org, then the latter shall prevail.
socialprotection.org reserves the right to change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of socialprotection.org after any changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Brazilian law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil, save where any specific terms and conditions of use on any linked platforms or specific sections of socialprotection.org provide for a separate governing law and jurisdiction, in which case the latter shall apply.
