O perfil de atendimento de um CRAS localizado na cidade de Fortaleza no pós pandemia COVID-19
The present study is the result of living in a Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS) in the city of Fortaleza, in an area of vulnerability and social risk where the public power's disregard for the situation is clear. Thus, the general objective is: to identify the demands met in a CRAS located in the city of Fortaleza/CE. And as specific objectives: to describe the panorama of social policies in the Covid-19 pandemic; learn about the construction of the CRAS, its demands and its role in basic social protection. The methodology started from collected data, being the research characterized as descriptive and quali/quanti, in this way, the pertinent information of the data related to the families in accompaniments by the PAIF (Protection and Integral Assistance to the Family), to the individualized attendances and the collective assistance carried out at the Social Assistance Reference Center from November 2021 to April 2022. Period in which the worst period of the pandemic ends and glimpses a new post-crisis context. A brief contextualization of public social assistance policies is carried out, starting with the implementation of the Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS) and its role in implementing this policy from the PAIF, to face vulnerabilities, understanding the impact of the pandemic in the country's economy. Finally, from the study, an increase in families in attendance at the Reference Center for Social Assistance (CRAS) was identified, however the impact was not great, considering that the pandemic increased the poverty line in the country.
