Objectifs du programme
Composantes du programme
(i) Complementary Livelihood and Asset Support Scheme (CLASS): It increases access to income-generating activities for extremely poor households by providing training, coaching, and grant. (ii) Linkages to Agricultural Support: It improves the agricultural productivity of extremely poor households by facilitating linkages to existing agriculture projects.
Couverture
As of 2024, 21,785 beneficiaries enrolled of which 3,572 have received a start-up grant and are at mentoring and coaching stage of the program.

Critère d'éligibilité
The programme benefits household members aged 18 – 65 years from Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) and Labour-Intensive Public Works (LIPW) programmes who are willing to participate.

(i) Complementary Livelihood and Asset Support Scheme (CLASS): (A) Training on life skills and microenterprise (B) Training on business management and vocational skills (C) Start-up cash grants; (D) Microenterprise coaching and mentoring. (ii) Linkages to Agricultural Support: referring Labor-Intensive Public Works (LIPW) and Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) beneficiaries to key Government agricultural projects, such as the Ghana Commercial Agriculture Project (GCAP).
Montant des bénéfices
A maximum of GHS1050. The exact grant amount is dependent on the type of enterprise proposed in an agreed upon plan.
