Objectifs du programme

to help the lower income group cushion the high cost of living in Malaysia

Under BR1M, also known as BSHR, various aid programmes with various goals and target groups are announced. These aid programmes are labled differently, such as Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR), Bantuan Tunai Rakyat (BTR) 2023, and Bantuan Keluarga Malaysia (BKM), and they are delivered in different phases (i.e. 4 phases).

The income thresholds for each aid programme vary. To be eligible for the “Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia” aid , the household income of recipient must be lower than RM 4000.
