I am Paulo Martins, from Brazil. I study History at Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) and I have been part of an academic exchange program at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (USC), Spain. There, I got in touch with studies related to Economics (including Development Studies), Political Science and International Relations. My academic background also includes experience as a professor's assistant in the “Programa de Apoio Didático – PAD” [Didatic Support Program] for the Contemporary History II course. Furthermore, I have been part of an internship programme supporting socialprotection.org's Knowledge Management team. I joined the Ambassador programme because I believe the blog writing will enrich my knowledge of social protection. In addition to that, I've gotten to know the value of the sp.org platform first hand - being a part of it again is a great honor!
