IFRC and the Livelihoods Resource Centre are launching the online course "Cash Transfer Programming" (CTP) in English to Red Cross Red Crescent volunteers and staff interested in improving their knowledge and skills in CTP. Course dates: 19th October to 15th December (8 weeks).
