This publication presents the responsibilities of the main actors who manage the Unified Registry in Brazil: the Federal Government, the Federal Savings Bank (Caixa Econômica Federal) and the State and Municipal governments. This document also highlights Brazil's context of federative coordination, which serves as a background for understanding the roles of each actor involved in the management of the Unified Registry.
