The Social Protection and Sustainable Livelihoods (SPSL), part of Laos-Australia Rural Livelihood Program (LARLP), focuses on giving poor families greater opportunities for income generation. This assignment contributes to the first of two components, Resilient Livelihoods for the Poor (RLP) and Technical Assistance for Strengthening Social Protection. Maxwell Stamp PLC undertook and presented analysis of the economic, social, and market conditions as well as available financial and technical resources so that the collected stakeholders could develop consensus on a manageable list of interventions to support.
