This is the mid-term evaluation (MTE) of the school feeding programme (SFP) implemented by the World Food Programme (WFP) in Lao PDR with the support of the McGovern-Dole (MGD) Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The objective of the evaluation was to assess the performance of the programme interventions for the specific purposes of accountability and learning.
