This article presents the strategy of the Brazil Without Extreme Poverty Plan regarding social assistance, health and education services, as well the Brasil Carinhoso program, which involves government actions in all three mentioned areas. The article also contains the results of the housing programs aimed to reach Brazil's lowest-income families.
