In addition to the IGD, Bolsa Família has several instruments of management and information systems as well as communication channels to disseminate information to states and municipalities. This paper presents the main management tools and forms of communication that are used: Bolsa Familia Program Management System (SIGPBF); Bolsa Família Informa, website and Customer Relations Center.
