Programme objectives
The programme is addressed to people living in poverty and/or social vulnerability, with difficulties in accessing the labour market because of their low education and lack job skills. The programme offers the following actions to encourage their employment: resources for human capital development, basic technical assistance, support for a job interview, daycare services, promotion of entrepreneurship and support for transportation. The programme will deliver its services for a limit of seven months. Specifically, only could access those that are incorporated in the component of Acompañamiento Sociolaboral of the Subsystem of Securities and opportunities, which aims to reduce labour gaps that are detected on participants.

The programme provides CLP$320.000 to each participant.
