Eligibility criteria
Beneficiaries must be certified by the Niue Hospital or Health Department regarding the severity of their disability. The application goes to the Welfare Committee (health/community affairs/treasury) which is coordinated by the Community Affairs/Services Division of the Ministry of Social Services.
