Programme objectives
This programme, that targets adults between 18 and 65 years old in socio-economic vulnerability, gives them the opportunity to realize communitarian tasks for a 8 month period, receiving a subsidy called support to labour insertion (apoyo a la inserción laboral). the participants develop training and operational activities for 30 hours weekly.

Target groups
Adults between 18 and 65 years, in social and economic vulnerability, with basic education incomplete, and unemployed for more than two years in the inscription date.

Type of benefits
The participants develop formative and operative activities for a total of 30 hours weekly (24 hours of operational work and six of capacitation. The work to develop aims to improve and recover the institutions valued by the community.
Amount of benefits
2.35 valued of the Benefits and Contribution Basis (Base de Prestaciones y Contribuciones BPC). Besides the subsidy, the participants also perceive benefits from social security, that will be paid through the Banco de Previsión Social. The participation period to the programme is incorporated into the recipients' labour personal history.

The works are supervised by social organisations and pubic entities selected by the Ministry, which will be responsible for the implementation of the training programme.
