Programme Details

Programme objectives

The program aims to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life, social inclusion and participation in the local community of people with disabilities, dependency and vulnerability, taking into consideration individual needs and the importance of respecting decisions regarding the supports that each person determines. The program provides support services for care, assistance, intermediation and/or adaptations of the environment to people with disabilities and dependence between 18 and 59 years. These supports will be delivered through three modalities, which can be individual, collective or training.

i) Be enrolled in the National Registry of Disability; ii) At least 5 persons with disabilities recipient of the program must be registered in the National Registry of Disabilities; iii) At least 5 persons with disabilities recipient of the program must be registered in the National Registry of Disabilities.
