Programme objectives
The program seeks Integration in the labor market of people with disabilities, through the process of management of disability in the workplace and in compliance with Law No. 15 of June 2016. The program promotes the labor insertion of people with disability, through a labor intermediation process, with orientation and assistance phases. It also seeks to manage training actions with other institutions or entities, as well as provide tax incentives for companies that hire people with disabilities.

Through different strategies and alliances, MITRADEL promotes the employment inclusion of people with disabilities. For example, through job fairs, workshops and training, promoting awareness rising for companies, and collaboration with organizations and institutions such as: the National Disability Network (REDIS), IPHE, INADEH, CONADIS and “Sumarse”.
Amount of benefits
According to Law No. 42 of 1999 (updated by Law No. 15 of 2016), companies are obliged to hire people with disabilities. For those composed of more than 25 workers, there must be at least one worker with a disability, while companies with more than 50 workers must have a proportion of not less than 2% of workers with disabilities.
Legal Framework
Law No. 15 of May 31, 2016: Resolution No. DM-220-16; Executive Decree No. 9 of March 8, 2005. According to Law No. 42 of 1999 (updated by Law No. 15 of 2016), companies are obliged to hire people with disabilities. For those composed of more than 25 workers, there must be at least one worker with a disability, while companies with more than 50 workers must have a proportion of not less than 2% of workers with disabilities.
