PATI considers an individual economic support during the six months of communtiy project, and a strenghtening of the employability through vocational training based on skills workshops of 80 hours of length.

Eligibility criteria
i) Cash transfer: People over 16 years without a formal job, prioritizing young people between 16 and 24 years and women heads of household;
ii) Communitarian projects: Beneficiaries of PATI-Comunidades Solidarias.
iii) Vocational training courses: Beneficiaries of PATI-Comunidades Solidarias.
iv) Strenghening of the participating institutions: Institutions participing in the programme.

Type of benefits
i) Cash transfer: PATI considers individual economic support during the six months of a community project, and a strengthening of the employability through vocational training based on skills workshops of 80 hours of length;
ii) Communitarian projects: The projects are organized in six hours working days five days a week. this period includes 80 hours of vocational training. These projects had the objectives to contribute to improving the habitat and communal living citizenship in the urban marginal neighbourhoods and at the same time the possibilities of productive and social inclusion of the participants;
iii) Vocational training courses: These courses have an average lasting of 80 hours. They offer capacitation courses that identify a diagnostic of employment and business opportunities in each specific municipality with communitarian participation. Women participation is promoted in jobs, not traditionally feminine for generating changes and modify stereotypes related to women and men capacities for work;
iv) Strenghening of the participating institutions: It aims to strengthen the capacities of municipalities and their role in promoting the development of persons and territories.
Amount of benefits
i) Cash transfer: USD$ 100 monthly during six months.
