Programme objectives
The main objective is to support the labour adaptations in the private sector of the unemployed population that present major deficiencies to compete in the labour market and, thus, to achieve their labour inclusion. This programme is the result of a strategic alliance between the National Government through MITRADEL and the Private Enterprise, which provides the opportunity to participate in theoretical and practical activities within the company, promoting the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities.

Amount of benefits
The participant receives an amount equivalent to the minimum monthly wage.

The scholarship lasts up to 3 months. Participants will have a Collective Accident Insurance during the duration of the scholarship. The participating company must hire 80% of the participants who have satisfactorily approved the adaptation in their company, with a minimum contract of three months.
