i) On-Site Internship: It is mainly aimed at adult professionals, graduates of technical schools and universities, as well as any job seeker who face employment problems and which is the defendant 's profile. The program provides stipends for job training positions, along with accident insurance for the duration of professional practice. Job training in job lasts three months, and six months for people with disabilities, and is done in a public or private company (usually in the manufacturing industry, trade and services) registered in the job market that requires personal or vacancies. ii) Job placement: It is a personalized job counseling services and referral to jobs, including training and management, employment promotion activities such as fairs and job search workshops and dissemination.
