Target groups
People with disabilities; pregnant women.
Eligibility criteria
Beneficiaries are people with a severe disability. A medical board from the Ministry of Health assesses the degree of disability of potential recipients. People diagnosed with a serious mental illness are also entitled to a benefit.

Extremely severe disability: VND 540,000 per month for working age people and VND 675,000 per month for old people and children;
Severe disability: VND 405,000 per month for working age and VND 540,000 per month for old people and children;
VND 405,000 per month for families with an extremely severe or severe disable people who is pregnant OR raising a young child under 36 months of age.
VND 540,000 per month for families with an extremely severe or severe disable people who is pregnant AND raising a young child under 36 months of age.
VND 540,000 per month for families with an extremely severe or severe disable people, who are raising two or more children under 36 months of age.
