People living with disabilities
Eligibility criteria
People living with disabilities who are poor, elderly or have no supporting families, verified by local authorities. According to the National Social Protection Policy Framework 2016-2025, the scheme will focus on people with disabilities who are members of households holding an ‘ID poor’ card (based on a PMT)
