Eligibility criteria
Both parents of the child must have passed away. For a non-citizen, one of the parents must have been a resident for at least 5 years in total in the 10 years preceding the claim (one of those 5 years must immediately precede the claim). Children enrolled in full-time education receive a larger monthly grant.
