Training course launches to enable participants to make the case for inclusive social protection

A new international training course has been launched by Development Pathways in order to build capacity to convince policymakers to invest in inclusive social protection schemes.The training is aimed at giving participants an in-depth understanding of social protection so that they are able to effectively make the case for increased investment in inclusive social protection. The Inclusive Social Protection: Making the Case course is delivered by a team of global social protection experts from 4th to 8th November 2019 at Lake Naivasha, Kenya, and covers topics including the political economy of social protection, social and economic analysis, and fiscal sustainability.
