Cameroon: Wold Bank grants additional 35 Billion to Safety Net Project
The World Bank has granted an additional sum of 35 Billion cfa francs to the Safety Net Project to enable it realize its objectives that include amongst others to alleviate poverty and vulnerability in communities that are host to refugees in Cameroon.
The information was made known in Yaounde Wednesday May 15, 2019 during the technical follow-up committee meeting for economic programs of the Safety Net Project. The development objective of the Social Safety Net Project for Cameroon is amongst others to support the establishment of a basic national safety net system.
