Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) of the Government of the Philippines helps improve socio-economic conditions of the of poor, vulnerable and marginalized households and communities through support for livelihood development. SLP is implemented by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and is linked with Philippine’s flagship conditional cash transfer program known as Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
