Social Security Monitor for America (MoSSA)

It is vitally important to have information systems that guide the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies regarding social security in America. In this sense, the CISS has developed the Social Security Monitor for America (MoSSA), with the objective of contributing to the monitoring and documentation of social security systems through a platform that collects, integrates and disseminates strategic indicators on the matter. . In addition, MoSSA allows interaction with these indicators through graphs, data tables and maps. Among the indicators, those related to demographic, health, labor market and social security variables have been included. The information comes from the information repositories of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the International Labor Organization (ILO) and, of the United Nations Organization (UN). This platform allows the user to have a descriptive analysis by country, by year and subregion according to the selected indicator.
