Social protection can promote children’s well-being and reduce the negative impacts of the COVID-19 crises on them, especially if their needs and vulnerabilities are taken into account. The UNICEF Middle East and North Africa Regional Office and the IPC-IG have partnered to produce a #ResearchReport which analyses the social protection responses to COVID-19 in Middle East and North Africa and assesses the extent to which they took children’s needs into account.
