The DOLE Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP) is the Department’s contribution to the government agenda of inclusive growth through massive job generation and poverty reduction. In the interest of the service and pursuant to the goal of inclusive growth through massive job generation and substantial poverty reduction, this Guideline is hereby issued prescribing the standards and procedures for effective implementation of the DILEEP.
