The Jordan National Social Protection Strategy articulate the Government’s commitment to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty and to provide a “social protection floor” in the context of the Kingdom’s vision for a state of solidarity, production and justice. 

The strategy is organized around three pillars: 

• Decent work and social security;
• Social Assistance; and
• Social Services; providing an analysis of the existing situation and challenges in each of those pillars, as well as identifying the high priority actions for each of the sectors.
