Japan National Assembly of Disabled Peoples’ International (DPI-Japan) has been an implementing partner with international network to provide technical support to organizations of persons with disabilities (DPOs) in developing countries and has managed the training courses.

The objective the course which is now “JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Programs” is that, through collaboration among DPOs, their governments and international network, inclusion of IL in social development plan will be promoted, and that DPOs will be involved in implementation process of UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The World Bank-JICA seminar is organized as a part of the course. It aims to develop the expertise of international community how to promote Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) for realization to make persons with disabilities living in community.
