Online Event: Connecting the Dots on Social Protection for People Living with HIV and Key Populations Most At Risk of HIV
Populations most at risk of HIV and people living with HIV have experienced acute social and economic crises amid COVID-19. Even as these communities face increased risks of violence and financial instability, many are excluded from critical pandemic assistance packages due to stigma and discrimination.
The Global Dialogue will provide an opportunity for governments, civil society, people living with HIV, key populations, employers’ organizations, workers’ organizations, insurance providers, funders and other partners to share strategies and good practice in making social protection more inclusive for key populations and people living with HIV. Taking place in two moderated virtual conversations across two days, the forum will act as a much-needed catalyst for greater action and investment in inclusive HIV responses that leave no one behind.
More details – including time and registration information – to come.
