The Stimulus Tracker is a United Nations contribution to the global community, aimed at assessing the equity and adequacy of social protection and economic policy responses to the COVID-19 pandemic across countries and regions, so as to inform peer learning about policy actions, strengthen policymaking capacity, and improve government readiness to formulate effective policy responses to future shocks. It enables comparison of national policy support vis-à-vis global, regional and income-group levels. Information in the Stimulus Tracker is presented using a state-of-the-art dynamic visualization platform to facilitate user-friendly navigation. It is a living database, benefiting from periodic updates.
