I have over 17 years working in social policy and international development, building experience in the management of international development projects and conducting policy research and evaluations for governments, UN agencies, bilateral donors and INGO. I have supported policy engagement efforts to promote evidence-based policy and planning. I have strong expertise in the design and use of quantitative, qualitative, participatory and mixed methods for research and evaluation. Current foci of my work include: gender and child-sensitive social protection; analysis of responses for refugee populations through an age, gender and diversity lens; adolescent girls and youth economic empowerment and opportunities; women and girl’s education; and public service access and barriers for excluded populations, including persons with disabilities
