I am Tom Neal, originally from Australia and now based in Germany. I have a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and am currently studying a master’s degree in international humanitarian action. My research interests include the relationship between social protection and humanitarian cash programs, as well as civil society contributions to social protection programming.
