Karina Levina

JPO in Policy and Knowledge Management on Employment Issues, Social Development

Karina Levina is a Junior Professional Officer in Policy and Knowledge Sharing on Employment Issues at the ILO Employment, Labour Markets and Youth Branch.
Previously Karina held an appointment as a Junior Social Protection Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations where she engaged in facilitating policy dialogue and programme level activities on linking social protection and agriculture, promoting nutrition sensitive social protection and extending social protection coverage to rural populations.
Karina holds MSc in Russian, Central and Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow, and MA in European Security Studies from Jagiellonian University. Her Bachelor’s degrees focus on International Relations and Law. She currently finishes her Master’s in International Human Rights Law with a major in economic, social and cultural rights at the University of Oxford.
