Roberta coordinates the Knowledge Management areas, and she produces and administers e-Courses hosted by socialprotection.org, and the platform's other knowledge management activities. Roberta is BA and MSc in Public Administration from Aalborg University in Denmark and also MSc in International Public Management and Public Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Roberta has previously worked as Programme Assistant at KIT Royal Tropical Institute (Amsterdam), supporting a 6-months training programme for Gender Trainers, co-sponsored by UN Women Training Centre; as Personal Assistant for the President of the Danish Palestinian Women Organization (Copenhagen); as Research Assistant at SamfundsTanken, where she assisted on Universal Basic Income research (Copenhagen).
