We would like to share key links of  the Regional Learning Event that took place on May 20th from 9-11: 30 (Panama time) convened by REDLAC and Regional CWG-R4V.  More than 20 panelists from Latinamerica from 5 Governments, 3 UN agencies, 4 INGO,1 Red Cross & 1 NNGO came together to have a dialogue on Linking Cash and Voucher Assistance with social protection systems.
