Eligibility criteria
Beneficiary families are poor and vulnerable, with members who have a disability or are elderly (more than 70 years old), under 5 years old or orphans and vulnerable children.

Monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and frequency
Every six months, monitoring is to be conducted through follow-up questionnaires to beneficiaries.
