Serious measures have been taken on Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's initiative in order to strengthen the social protection of population in Azerbaijan over the past 15 years, Azerbaijani President’s Assistant for Public and Political Affairs, department head, professor Ali Hasanov says in his article on the results of President Ilham Aliyev's 15 years in power.

“Over the past 15 years, 1.9 million new jobs have been created, salaries have been increased more than 5 times, while pensions more than 8 times, unemployment rate has been reduced to 5 percent and poverty from 49 percent to 5.4 percent in the country,” Hasanov said. En savoir plus
