The upcoming “Good Practices in South-South Cooperation and Triangular Cooperation” volume II will once again feature Southern good practices that are relevant to the implementation of the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  The objective is to demonstrate how South-South and triangular cooperation can support countries to overcome shared challenges and accelerate progress towards sustainable development. It aims to benefit developing countries seeking to scale up South-South and triangular cooperation initiatives.

We would like to invite members of the CoP-SSC4C to submit good South-South and triangular cooperation practices that are relevant to improving children’s wellbeing for the upcoming second volume.  Please review the attached submission guidance form to assist you in identifying good practices your organization or government supports as they relate to South-South cooperation and embody the spirit of solidarity and collective efforts. Also find enclosed the link to the Good Practices in South-South and Triangular Cooperation for Sustainable Development (https://www.unsouthsouth.org/2016/05/30/good-practices-in-south-south-an... ) publication that was developed in 2016 as a reference for your submission.

The catalogue will be launched around the United Day for South-South Cooperation on 12 September 2018.

Given the urgency of this task, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send the initiatives that you would like to be considered for inclusion in the second volume to Shams Banihani at shams.banihani@undp.org , copying Michael Stewart at michael.stewart@undp.org  and Dingding Sun at dingding.sun@undp.org  by 18 May 2018.

Many thanks and we look forward to collaborating with you on this important exercise.
